As an elementary school Parent Teacher Organization, we have the tremendous honor of serving as facilitators to our student body – coordinating efforts to support our staff and administration as well as the little cougars who roam our halls. And while we unequivocally feel gratitude to the many volunteers and fundraiser warriors of our school, we often need a little extra help to boost those efforts into something remarkable! This is where you can help be a part of that dream. As a benefactor to our PTO we wish to present you with two different kinds of opportunities to support us. You and/or your business can purchase a helpful item from our wish list OR you can offer monetary sponsorship at a comfortable level. We can even accept online donations through our website! We believe with you by our side we can impact the students of Perry Hill within & beyond the classroom!

PTO Wishlist

  • Bingo & Bidapalooza Concessions: Sponsor or donate concessions for our biggest fundraiser. Suggested items: hot dogs, hot dog buns, ketchup, mustard, cans of soda. Items are needed for March 13.

    Bingo & Bidapalooza Silent Auction Items: Donate hot ticket items for our beloved silent auction. Items are needed for March 13.

  • Cougar In School Fun Laser Party Lights: Each month the In School Fun committee plan and execute a memorable acitivty for the Perry Hill Students. April is “Lunch Time Jukebox” a special experience where students can request songs to be played at lunch time. Laser Party Lights will take us to the next level! Need by date is flexible.

  • 5th Grade “Graduation:” Commemorative Gift: Help us make the annual 5th-grade school day graduation ceremony notable with a keepsake like THIS for roughly 115 students. Need by date TBD.

  • School Supplies: We would appreciate any new school supplies that we can distribute to our teachers to utilize in their classrooms. Most desired items: Pencils, Glue sticks, Dry Erase Markers, Tissues.

  • By offering monetary support at this level, your family name or business will be featured on our website and also receive a feature on our Facebook page!

  • As a mid-level sponsor you will benefit from the CUB perks. You will also be introduced as guests at the event your funds are being utilized for as well as being featured in our daily announcements the week of the event!

  • At top tier status you will receive all the CUB and COUGAR perks in addition to:

    - Opportuity to set up an informational table at the event you are sponsoring. Table swag must be pre-approved.

    - Custom signage featuring your family name or business logo that will be on display at the event during which your funds are being utilized.

    - In print for any of our circulated event materials.
